Easy, by just doing the following:

1. Expecting anything outside of you to make a choice for you.

PROS: None

CONS: Anything outside of you will not make the best choice for you.

2. Getting forever stuck in and never addressing your own previously acquired “United States of Victimhood”.

PROS: Nothing will get to change.

CONS: Nothing will get to change.

3. Inventing or buying into a lie that you are always a subject to “God’s” or "ungodly forces" sneaky creation of your own reality that happens behind your back and that you have no control and no idea about.

PROS: None

CONS: Anything and anybody outside of you, whether individual or collective, will have influence and control over you and your reality, regardless of your opinion about it.

4. Making a choice or creating from a need, obligation, personal, family, social belief system, or expectations of others.

PROS: Very short lived state of temporary relaxation and inner comfort, which then evaporates completely without a trace.

CONS: Not actually creating but copying someone else’s (usually not satisfactory) parts of reality, not having any freedom of choice.

5. Avoiding using one’s imagination to go beyond the familiar and advertised.

PROS: More than a million of your yesterdays will be continuously put in your present as a role model for the creation and experiencing of the same reality in the future. If that's your goal, it's a pro.

CONS: Not seeing a difference between yourself and a machine. Becoming a machine and creating a situation where your capacities as a Creator as well as your creative abilities get rejected and atrophied via your own choice and agreement.

6. Making your past or present story (usually negative) your ultimate authority and a decider of the course of your own creations.

PROS: You have unlimited reasons to complain and see yourself as a self-righteous victim to who the entire planetary population, the rest of Creation, and God Itself are indebted.

CONS:

a) Mistakenly believing that your story creates you and not realizing that you create or uncreate your story.

b) Mistakenly thinking that you are your story.

c) Choosing to be incapable as a Creator.

7. Being in a state of “enheaviment”, i.e., deadly serious and not spontaneously joyful, playful, acutely aware, and open to the ideas and opportunities that exist outside of your fixed points of view and preconceived, but never examined ideas of what is supposed and allowed to be possible for you. That’s “enheaviment”.

PROS:

a) You can keep complaining and make yourself as small in the eyes of others as you require.

b) You can make your “impossible to fix problem” as big as you wish, in order to appear in your own eyes as small as you choose. It surprises the Universe but doesn’t impress it.

CONS:

a) You create areas of frozen, dense, and stuck energy within your own energy field, which blocks both: your receptivity, and your interaction with the aware energies of the Universe and life itself .

b) Without such receptivity and interaction, you won’t be able to create what you chose to, as your information flow towards the universe will get altered by your own densities, while the information flow from the universe towards you won’t be fully received, also due to the densities within your energy field.

8. Not being who you are. Being in a state of constant pretense.

PROS: Only if it becomes an utterly intolerable burden, you may wake up to the truth of who you are. Otherwise, none.

CONS:

a) It is energy draining and leads to depression and various sicknesses.

b) You will be actively creating what you do not actually require and desire, as false identities will suggest the goals and desires that differ from the goals and desires of your original, real, true Self. Therefore, what you create will be anything but enjoyable and satisfying.

9. Not addressing self-sabotage that may take a form of infamous procrastination.

PROS: self-sabotage wins. You are so far rather successful at keeping things as they are, and at not having a new and different reality, if this is your secret goal, it's a pro. Otherwise, none.

CONS: Basically walking around the same circle, which gives you an impression of movement, but you are not moving towards your goal or new reality because you are not really moving anywhere.
