Practically everyone would like to know how to become a millionaire, except for monks, nuns and others that have taken a vow to forego worldly goods. They still have their rewards. It just might not be what you and I dream about.

If you dream about being wealthy enough to take care of your family and your friends, to contribute to society or to change the world in some way, then you’re not unlike most people. Did you know that there are more millionaires, today, than at any other time in the past? It’s true. Does that mean money is easier to come by? No, not really.

It simply means that past millionaires have shared their secrets with others. That’s all a part of the plan. We all have to remember that there is plenty of money to go around. So, there is no reason to keep your secrets of success to yourself. Besides, one law almost always holds true.

The more that you give, the more you will receive.

If you want to learn how to become a millionaire, you might need to learn to become more generous. For every hundred dollars that you earn, you should give $10 away. Give it to the charity of your choice. Give it to the neighbor that just got laid off. Give it to a homeless shelter or a church. But, give.

Many people look at that suggestion with at least a bit of skepticism. At one time, I did, too. It seemed a lot like superstition. But, it is actually just the right thing to do. Plus, no matter how much you give away, you will receive more. In most cases, you will receive quite a bit more than what you actually gave away.

For someone that is out of work, without a dime to their name, the idea of giving seems impossible. If you are in a situation something like that, then you may need to do a little preliminary work. You might need to change your attitude. How positive are you?
If you want to learn how to become a millionaire, you have to learn to think like one. No one can be happy and positive all of the time, but you can strive to be positive most of the time. When something bad happens, it can bring you down, but don’t let it keep you down. Always try to look on the bright side of things.

There is no doubt that thinking positively is how to become a millionaire. It’s all part of the simple law of attraction.
