How To Get Your Ex Back? Act Like You Really Love This Guy.
Written by Chris Belle
Do you remember when you were just a young child? Do you remember play acting like you were someone or something else? There's a freedom in that. A child knows when he/she is safe and can let their imagination run wild - they can literally be anyone. Well, it's the same when it comes to your relationship. Think about it - if you both were to act like strangers, to really be strangers and meet one another for the first time again, what would that do for your relationship? Think of how you would have to make yourself feel safe in the presence of your guy. Oh, he may not go along with it at first, but if he really does love you, he'll get on board pretty fast. You be the one who decides you're going to do it, and then throw yourself into the part. Be intriguing, be seductive, just be different to him. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at just what will happen.
- Strangers Always Get Better Treatment. I have always wondered why we treat strangers better than the folks we're closest to. We seem to save the worst treatment for those we hold closest. In public, we're civil, even pleasant toward one another, but when we get home, watch out - some folks seem to turn into instant jerks. It just doesn't seem right, does it?
- Be Polite to Your Man - Even When He Doesn't Deserve It. Oh, I know, this is a hard one, but I think it's worth a shot. You know what it feels like when you're around someone who treats people as valuable, interesting, love-worthy people (even when they are NOT). People respond to being treated considerately. When you ask your man for something, ask in a polite, sweet way - and don't forget the magic word, PLEASE. A simple "Thanks" will work wonders. And be sure to compliment your man sincerely - they love that. Now don't get the wrong idea here. I'm not talking about a guy who treats you like crap - This technique is for the guy who's a typical clod, but basically a good man. (And, as always, if you're in a relationship where your safety or the safety of your loved ones are at risk, get out of the situation and get professional help.)
- Magic in Your Words. Remember, we all like to be valued as a person, and treating those closest to us with respect and in a gracious manner is a good, solid step in the battle to save your relationship. There is really magic in your words. You'll see it and feel it when someone close tells you how much you are loved. Choose your words wisely, use the magic for good and act like you really love your man. It shouldn't be too much of a stretch for you. If you're reading this, you probably do love him.
You just might get back with your ex sooner than you think and your relationship could be as fresh and exciting as it was when you first got together. Or it just might be better!

Dr. Venus Nicolino: You Have To Make Yourself Available To Find Good Relationships
The idea of making yourself more desirable by making yourself less available doesn't make a lot of sense when you think about it. After all, Juliet would have plunged a premature dagger into the heart of her romance with Romeo if she hid in her room rather than go out on her balcony. The end of Sleepless in Seattle shifts from "awww" to "aw, no" if one of the two main characters skips the trip to the Empire State Building. As these examples from fiction show, making yourself
