The term ‘neuro-hypnotism’ is famously known as James Braid’s term. Franz Anton Mesmer was the first one who told us about the science of hypnotism in 1700s. According to Mesmer illness is caused when magnetic fluids in human body getting out of balance. He used many hypnotic techniques and magnet to treat people and his treatment was named after him and was called ‘mesmerized’. But contemporary medical community criticized him violently and accused him as fraud. Then in the mid of 1900d hypnotherapy regained its popularity by holding the hand of Milton H. Erickson, a successful psychiatrist.

Hypnosis Sydney session begins with an introduction procedure in which the person is advised to focus on a fixation point, to relax and to concentrate on the very voice of the hypnotist. After that, hypnotist suggests for further relaxation and eye-closure and to stop all other physical activities. In this way the process continues. After undergoing the whole process the patient feels the taste of freshness. The process of hypnosis varies according the age group.
