The development of scientific researches has always kept us stunned and always in a run for something new. In the section of creating new miracles scientists have gone a decent distance in terms of discovering new treatments for crucial diseases like cancer and bone marrow diseases. Talking about the most popular method to be called as the Elisa Test we know that it is a reliable and rapid system to reveal a wide variety of molecules present in several organisms. Elisa technology can moreover be used to ascertain a variety of cancers and looking forward to search its treatments. The wide range of medicine understands the truth that cancers are difficult to cure or return to health after this big problem and therefore early discovery of the illness is now animportantfeature towards physical condition, together along with suitable treatments which are being on a regular examination to prevent this fatal problem as early as possible. In Elisa test the common factor which matters is The Enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot or shortly known as Elispot assay is a collective method for monitoring immune responses in humans and animals. Elisa test involves the discovery of the forming of antibodies or antigens in a variety of medium. Elisa technique is very much simple to utilize and the results are immediate. In brief, some antigen is coupled to the face of the dish and then particular antibodies are spread above this surface in order to connect to the unspecified antigen. By virtue of exquisite sensitivity of the Elispot assay, frequency analysis of rare cell populations such as antigen-specific responses) which were not possible before are now relatively easy. This exceptional sensitivity is in part because the product is rapidly captured around the secreting cell: before it is diluted in the supernatant, captured by receptors of adjacent cells, or degraded. This makes ELISPOT assays much more sensitive than conventional Elisa measurements Scientist has also defined some differences between Elisa Test and Elispot. In Elisa test the information shows about how much cytokine is produced and secreted at a given point of time, but no evidence on the amount of cells are secretors of the cytokine. But in case of Elispot, it gives you data about how many cells secrete the cytokine, and a good impact of how much cytokine these cells have secreted, but no measurable information about cytokine concentrations. These two aspects do matters in the immunology which is still on a discovering phase to create more antidotes to serve the mankind from life taking diseases.
