Being a Nutrition working for the Sex Institute it is my duty to first explain what testosterone is and then come to the point on how to increase testosterone. Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone. Testosterone is what gave you bigger muscles and organs than women. And further more Testosterone maintains your manly characteristics throughout your whole life and regulates several systems in your body. Therefore testosterone is very important to a man. It’s what makes you feel like a man. Every man is born with different levels of testosterone, and Testosterone discharge naturally falls as a man ages. Another point to note is overdosing on testosterone can have negative health effects. As a matter of fact modern environmental, dietary and cultural changes are artificially decreasing men’s normal Testosterone levels. As I told you earlier a drop in testosterone occurs as man grows. It is proved that low testosterone in your body results in low libido, erectile dysfunction, loss of lean muscle, weight gain, fatigue and lack of energy, weaker bones, mood swings and irritable behavior etc. When you find low testosterone levels in your body it is advised to increase testosterone with the right solution. However, there are some simple and easy ways to boost testosterone production in your body. Experiments proved that Testosterone injections can ensure immediate results but they can lead to a lot of side effects and other complications too. Testosterone replacement therapy is the primary method of how to increase testosterone. These methods are either painful or impractical. Scientists recently found that Firminite herbal supplements are the best solution to increase testosterone as it has no side effects to human body. Doctors advise that men need to produce two natural substances in their body in high amounts to maintain sexual health, and they are testosterone and nitric oxide. If either of these substances is low, sex drive and satisfaction will fall. Firminite quicken the rock hard erection naturally. Firminite is fast acting, effective, healthy and the list goes on and on.
