* Vitamin B: B6, B12, and folic acid are particularly recommended and can be found in spinach, asparagus, broccoli, legumes, melons, citrus fruits, and soy beans.
* Fiber: This is thought to help release toxins from your brain and can be found in corn, wheat, oats, and rice.
Smoking
Smoking means that less oxygen is able to reach your brain. This is because this habit causes your arteries to narrow in size.
There are a number of memory-improving techniques online which can help improve memory. These exercise your brain and help it to develop and store information more effectively.
