Remember when you were a kid and your mom made you eat veggies and fruits all the time?
Well now that you're all grown up, nobody can tell you what to eat or force you to, but they can certainly tell you what will happen if you don't watch what you eat and eat the right foods for your health.
Our health is definitely important to our life and if we want to live longer we definitely need to start watching what we eat. As we age, we feel like our health deteriorates faster and faster. Same with our memory, the older we get, the less our memory is going to be able to hold information.

Our diet is one of the keys to a great health, along with exercise of course. But let's focus on our diet first. We're supposed to consume at least a small portion of vegetables and fruits daily, and by daily you should know that EVERYDAY YOU NEED TO EAT YOUR VEGGIES AND FRUITS!

Just think about your future and how long you really want to live. Thinking about this can really give you a wakeup call and make you realize that you do need to start eating healthy is you want to be a great grandfather/grandmother. People that take care of their health from an early age will live a longer and happier life. That being said, you need to do a little bit of research and find out which fruits and vegetables are good for you. You don't have to eat ONLY fruits and vegetables your whole life, there is many other foods that are healthy to you.
