Increasing Demand of DNA Technology

With the increasing success of DNA Technology people are expecting more from the medical science. They are looking forward to get more of their wishes. In the present times where IVF clinics are getting popular day by day the genetical field has also not stayed behind. It is getting popular due to the major reason of cloning and its related fields. The cloning scientists are always on their move to find something new and helpful which will not only help the mankind but also will help them in their research and development. Scientists do follow the latest processes of DNA2.0 and in that specialization they get major help from gene synthesis. Gene Synthesis not only allow to save more currencies in the research and development but also saves a lot of time while researching on DNA in order make successful cloning. While the ability to make increasingly long stretches of DNA efficiently and at lower prices is a technological driver of this field, increasingly responsiveness is being focused on improving the design of genes for specific resolutions.
This process is completed under some huge labs in biopharmaceutical plants which generally use special Gene designing software which helps the scientists to be more efficient in their task to be moreflexible and make the most of the researches. To meet the growing demand for gene synthesis, and the synthesized genes; which are healthier, accessible and cheap gene assembly technologies must be developed. Methods for large-scale, high-quality gene synthesis at an affordable price are needed for advances in both synthetic biology and biotechnology.
Two recent studies definethe new approaches in order tolessening of error rates in synthetic genes prepared from crude olio mixtures in the process of gene synthesis. The first details the use of hybridization-based selection embedded in the assembly process2 and another introduces a method, called mega cloningprocess that utilizes next-generation sequencing technology as a preparative tool three. In the first study, scientists have removed the time- and money-consuming oligonucleotide purification steps through the use of hybridization-based selection embedded in the assembly process.
In the second study, scientistshave described a verysimilar and reduced method, called mega cloning, for obtaining high-quality synthetic DNA by using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology as a preparative tool.
But like in all fields, there is limitation in this field too. One restriction for gene synthesis is the cost of making the building blocks (oligonucleotides) that are assembled together to make genes. Synthesizing oligonucleotides on DNA microchips or technically known as microarrays has the possibleto greatly increase throughput and it moves on in reducing cost which is compared with current column synthesis methods.
