Insane Profit As A Master Franchisor!
Written by Polar Bear Joe
If you want to be part of something large, dynamic, and well respected, well then, Master Franchising might be right for you.
If you do not want to re-invent the wheel, and you do not want to build your empire alone, and If franchising appeals to you, then this is the road to empire! You might not want to start your own franchise company, nor do you simply want to own one or more franchised units, so you might ask yourself, “Is there an in-between?” The answer is yes! The answer is Master Franchising.
This method provides for amazing profit!
A Master Franchisee, also referred to as a Regional Developer, owns and operates his own location(s), but also acts as a sub-franchisor in his area. A Master Franchisee is the “Franchisor’s” support person in their local market, and they share in the responsibilities and revenues of the franchisees beneath them. It is the Master Franchisee’s responsibility to place franchisees in their area, assist the franchisee in finding a location and in lease negotiations, provide franchise opening assistance and ongoing training and support.
In return for providing these services, the Master Franchisee profits from franchise fees and royalty shares. For every franchisee placed, the Master Franchisee receives a piece of the franchise fee as well as a piece of that franchisee’s royalties paid to the franchisor (Generally a 50/50 split). A true road to empire with about as little risk as possible, if the Master Franchisee is willing to work hard and can develop relationships. The concept is built on the “exponential” return methodology. As Jack Uldrich would say “ Zenzizenzizenzic” [Yep – real word – Google it!]. It represents a mathematical equation of some true number to the eight power! Understand the word “Exponential” and this is what is possible as a Master Franchisor!
This is what the “Queen” of Carthage used to build her Empire in approximately 400 B.C! – However, that will be another article.
The Master Franchisee also benefits by paying lower royalties to the franchisor, in regards to their own locations. Like any investment, Master Franchising does involve risk. However, franchising in general has a very high success rate and master franchising in particular is an excellent investment because of the huge potential income a well-developed region can produce thru franchise fees, on-going royalty revenues and having personally owned units.
When you add it all up, this can produce amazing revenues and profit. The road to empire awaits you!
