To remove developer, toner, lead, mold spores, soot and other contaminants without spreading the deadly particles, and industrial vacuum cleaners are used in few industries. Few commercial cleaning companies are using these types of vacuum cleaners, and they are coming with a conductive path to ground system to prevent static electricity that can damage electronic devices. There are few types of industrial vacuums, to include canister, HEPA, venturi, industrial portables and backpacks, ESD, and sump vacuums. The canister-style vacuums have a filtration system on three levels, and removes up to 99.9 % of all particles and germs. They are designed to clean liquids and fine particle contaminants and to work good on both hard and carpeted floors. That style of industrial vacuum cleaner is chassis mounted and won't tip over so easily. HEPA is a filter industrial vacuum cleaner, which come in wet and dry models, also a combination model is available. They are designed to clean particles with size up to 0.3 microns. The filter can be easily changed, thus will ensure that the vacuum will always clean at its maximum capability. It is available in different sizes, which makes it perfect for businesses of every size. The filters for the HEPA machine are easily available by their distributors and sold with poly, painted or stainless steel tanks. The “Venturi” industrial model of vacuum cleaning machines are designed to be powered by compressed air. They are more easily usable, by being constructed with no moving parts. Ergo, these vacuum machines can handle a lot of wear and work long period of time without breaking. They can be used for cleaning wet and dry materials and floors also with the ability to be ordered models with HEPA filter to clean fine tiny dust particles. And the last and best feature of Venturi's industrial cleaning machines is, that they does not require to be powered with electricity to be able to operate with them. There is a portable vacuums cleansers and backpack vacuum cleaners, like the leaf blowers, with them a man can easily clean and cover large areas. Also with the ability to be worn on the back, there are some models to be pushed like a lawn mower. As for the backpack vacuum cleaner model, weigh maximum 14 pounds or 6.35 kilo grams. Of course they come with pretty well made an ergonomic harness, making its caring really comfortable. A triple filtration system is in-build in both models and with the ability to remove particles of 0.3 microns in size. So when deep cleaning is needed, most cleaning companies are using ESD vacuums to clean a flat, if there is a mold spores. ESD vacuum cleaner is quite effective against the mold. Again these cleaners are using HEPA filters in order to remove particles. Along with all these features, they have anti-static ability, which makes them perfect tool for cleaning electronic components of any kind. This model of industrial vacuum cleaner is used to pull and filter all the particles and sludge from liquid. After the liquid is pulled up, the vacuum cleaner filter out the particles and place the filtered liquid back, to be again used or it can be disposed of. It is mostly used to filter coolants and cut oils that are a filled with chips from open pits and parts washers.
