Patent Designing
Inventors go through the struggle of the Patent process daily and really need any assistance they can get that may make the situation more bearable. One of the biggest obstacles within this process is to have their Invention designed. Once completed the Inventor can move on to producing a Prototype which will act as a guide to any changes that may be necessary, or as a tool to help market their Invention to potential investors. A lot of Inventors make the mistake of having their Patent Drawings done at an Invention Service that specializes solely on Patent Drawings. Then the Inventor will go to another designer known as a 3D Modeler or CAD Designer to have their actual CAD file for manufacturing created.
CAD
CAD is a very versatile tool and allows Invention Designers to create complex 3D models for plastic, metal, CNC, injection molds, and almost any material imaginable. Within this same sophisticated software the CAD Designer can create blueprints, renderings, or anything else a Inventor may need for their Design or Provisional Patent. That's where many go wrong though, and it's not because their ignorant, or un-intelligent, it's because they simply don't know better. So what and how should You approach this situation when dealt with it? Look around, You can always research online and find a reputable design service for Inventions that can not only create Your Conceptual Design, Patent Drawings, and CAD manufacturing file, but also Your Invention's Prototype.
Prototypes
In most situations the initial prototype is created using CNC, or a 3D Printer. A 3D Printer is a machine that creates solid parts by forming layers of specified material into whatever was designed. It sounds like it could be costly but in all reality the process can be done quite affordably and within a day or two's time. You should find an Invention Design Service that can provide You with the Rapid Prototyping Services as well as the Inventions design, and Patent Drawings. The Design Service should be able to save You large amounts of time, money, and frustration of having to deal with all the separate NDA's and other stressful task throughout this process. There are Invention Companies who can assit Inventors almost from start to finish, but be careful who You choose, and make sure the Invention Service who can provide You with a list of references from recent jobs.
