The JP Nagar real estate market has witnessed a boom, due to the establishment of major IT parks and commercial zones, nearby. JP Nagar has undergone a massive transformation, ever since the IT industry took off during the 1990s. Because of its close proximity to major residential areas like Banashankari, Jayanagar, Bannerghatta Road, and BTM Layout, this area was developed by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) for the convenience of the growing population in the city. Apart from fulfilling the needs of a growing population, J. P. Nagar houses many renowned actors, politicians, singers, sportsmen and other famous celebrities. This locality is hugely targeted by the affluent section of people. JP Nagar today consists of Bangalore’s affluent population and has become a major residential area. This area is filled with parks, small ponds or lakes and great roads. JP Nagar id filled with a lot of prominent people of Karnataka, including actors, politicians and other artists. Since it’s a well-planned BDA layout, there are all kinds of basic amenities available. The infrastructure is good too with parks, wide roads and excellent water supply from Bangalore Water Supply And Sewerage Board (BWSSB). It has excellent connectivity to the rest of the city and has some water bodies in the vicinity too. Jp Nagar is very well connected to the other localities in Bangalore. Being in the heart of the Bangalore city works greatly in favour of this locality. The real estate in JP Nagar is without a doubt always been a great market to invest in. The real estate market has been upbeat since the February this year as the global economy stabilized and IT industry in Bangalore started hiring. This year, there are expectations of increments, bonuses and promotions. So there is an expectation that demand for housing units will go up. JP Nagar also has great connectivity in terms of Buses and other road transport. Electronic city is approx 20 Kms away and Majestic is 12 Kms approx. This area is also near Kormangala and other prime areas of Bangalore. JP Nagar has been seeing considerable growth over the past decade. Despite the rocky market, this locality has always sustained its position in the market due to the excellent social and infrastructural facility in the area. From residential flats and apartments to independent bungalows and villas, you would find all possible real estate development in this area. JP Nagar is divided into many phases. Though in the initial days many people had invested in Plots in JP Nagar to develop individual homes for themselves, these are now changing and the most common style of housing has become the apartment system. People who invested in land in JP Nagar are reaping the benefits of their investment as the property prices increase multi-folds. The demand for homes is likely to increase in the future. The present rates are quite competitive and there are buying options, for every budget range. The region has excellent social infrastructure and good connectivity to other areas of the city.
