The season of IPL in 2012 will feature 76 matches in 11 diverse venues all over the India. Nine varied teams takepart in this contest. Sri Lankan committee planned the BCCI to host few games in Sri Lanka which was refused by the BCCI. A drawback for this new arriving season of IPL is that this momenr IPL is clashing with three series of international cricket which will affect the availability of the players as well as the absorption and interest of the audience .Sri Lanka is hosting England in April, while West Indies host Australia and then move to England in May.
