rnAn owned house generally has a parking lot and you can buy that much space for your vehicle. You can also maintain and wash your cab there on the daily basis, without any hindrance. But in a leased home, your automobile may create a problem.
rnThere are many buy and sale property in Durgapur, which offer a full community and many other amenities like swimming pool, garden, shops, community hall and many more things. But in a rented house you won’t get all those facilities.rnIn an apartment, you will get the neighborhood instantly. You will meet new people, find new friends and can arrange get together at festival time. But in rented house, it is not possible.
