When drinking water think of the Source

Today, almost everyone is seen walking around with a bottle of water. It is though they are going into the desert, for 40 days. Not at all necessary in my opinion, yet, the need for water throughout the day is indeed necessary and vital, but as always it is about common sense and moderation.

The thirsty earth soaks up the rain and you have to ask yourself is water a necessity?

Like me, when you were at school, you learnt that each molecule of water is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.
However, did you learn the necessity of water to humans and how healthy it is?

The body is made up of between 60 and 70 per cent water. Blood is mostly water and muscles, lungs and brain all contain a lot of water. Therefore it makes perfect sense to realise the body requires water in order to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all of the organs.

Water transports oxygen to the cells, removes waste and protects the joints and organs.

Water is required by every cell in the body as nourishment and to remove waste product. Simply by breathing, the human body can lose several cups of water daily.

Tea and coffee contain caffeine, too much is not good, as the caffeine is a known diuretic and will actually accentuate the symptoms of fluid loss.

The human body is made up of mostly water, and is therefore needed constantly to replenish the organs and muscles. Oxygen plus water is vital for the body every second, of every day, otherwise it could not complete its daily tasks.

Oxygen intake increases concentration, whilst calming the nervous system and in so doing speeds the healing process. Oxygen rejuvenates cells to maintain that youthful skin effect via the immune system.

Are you constipated? Tried everything, still have problems?
Try water. First thing in the morning, once out of bed before you do anything, drink one or two glasses of water. Why? Cold water starts peristalsis, which is the movement of the digestive system that propels matter through it. This simple measure has cured many cases of constipation throughout the ages.

It makes sense to drink when you are thirsty. This unfortunately falls down for most people, due to the frantic daily schedule they have, so, remembering the necessity of at least 6 glasses a day works!

Water gives so many benefits:

Prevents constipation
Keeps joints lubricated
Helps fight fatigue
Removes toxins (read my article on enemas) visit my website
Cleanses the skin, keeping it hydrated and youthful
Water is good for the metabolism by helping you to feel full. Replace soft drinks which are full of calories with water

Increases energy, dehydration causes the body to feel tired. Also worth remembering that water helps transport oxygen around the body another vital component for the body to survive.

Drinking water prevents muscle cramps, because it is lubricating the joints.

The digestive system requires fibre but water is also essential to maintain good digestion, helping the waste and toxin particles easy passage through the digestive tract.

The fine lines that appear on the skin at certain ages through life are less noticeable when you drink water.

Use a magnetic wand to put into your glass of water for at least ten minutes before drinking.
