Minimum 7 – 8 hours of sleep is essential for a pregnant female , the sleeping position must be comfortable and must not stress any of your body part.

Soak your legs in lukewarm water or take a warm shower for good sleep.
Maintain the temperature if your bed room 15- 19° C.
Avoid caffeine 4-6 hours prior sleeping and eating 2-3 hours prior.
Avoid screens 30 min before bed time.
Mild stretch or soft music can help you with a good sleep.
