St Thomas and Elgin County

The banks of Lake Erie in the northern side is the location for Elgin County. It is a fun destination for families with natural areas and beaches that are blue flag certified. Cycling in Humber Valley

This is the best day trip on a bicycle, where you can go up the Humber Valley right up to Kleinburg. Stop at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection and you can have a small picnic.Then come back to the city. The route is scenic, and you see the best of the valley. There are plenty of outdoor activities for fun and enjoyment with your family.

Lake Erie

Take a trip down south and head to the beach here. Lake Erie’s north shore will offer a good space for you to hang with your family. The place has its own culture with a rich history and a Carolinian ecology. The shore of Long Point Bay is a good place to begin. Credit Valley Explorer
