Kansas City Monarchs are back

The Kansas City Monarchs is returning to the baseball field this year. Last year they went on a six game winning streak and added a few more to their record line. In their first season back at the Kansas City Veterans Memorial Coliseum the Monarchs had a sell out crowd of over 18,000 fans. This was also their first year playing on a baseball field in Kansas City. They have agreed to play some ball again with a deal between T-Bones and Negro. Smith has heard all the fanfare about the potential of the Kansas City franchise being brought back to Kansas City and he has every confidence that the team will do well.
