The reason many people fail of increasing their height is because they listen to the wrong people and get the wrong information. It's true that it's possible for anyone to increase their height no matter how old they are if they use the correct methods. By applying the right information and having a determination to see results no matter what, ANYONE could grow a few more inches taller!

There are three key points that you must focus on to have the best chances of increasing your height. Here they are:

Eat the proper foods that promote growth

Get proper rest

Do the right stretches and exercises

One of the most important things to start off with is eating the proper foods that promote growth. You may ask yourself “are there really foods that promote growth?” Yes there are foods that can assist you in growing taller. The foods that promote growth are loaded with vitamins and minerals because in order to grow you must have a lot of calcium and protein in your diet. Calcium strengthens the bones and also helps them to grow. Protein is very important because it builds and repairs your muscles.

Getting the proper amount of protein and calcium in your diet is very important and if you neglect to do this you will fail trying to growing taller. It's simple to add these nutrients in your daily diet because they are found in foods like milk, yogurt, chicken, cheese, nuts, brown rice, and dark leafy green veggies.

Diet plays a very important part when it comes to increasing your heigh, but getting the proper rest is very crucial in gaining height as well. There is a BIG difference between rest and PROPER rest. We all know we must get at least eight hours of sleep each night, but if you go to sleep at 1am and get up a 9am that is NOT proper rest and it will NOT benefit you in terms of growing taller. The proper rest that will benefit you is going to bed around 10pm and no later than 11:30pm.

Studies show that the pituitary gland releases large amounts of human growth hormone when you are at your best rest, and the best rest is basically anytime before 12am. You have the best chances of growing a few more inches when you are in bed early. Remember the saying “early to bed early to rise, makes one healthy, wealthy, and wise.”

Now the last thing you must do is get on a good exercise program that will help the body grow. There are a verity of exercises that are specifically designed to assist your body in growing. Some of the best exercises are stretching, yoga, resistance jumping, hanging on a bar, and playing basketball. Did you know that a pitchers throwing arm is a little longer than his other arm? This is because he stretches his throwing arm more than his other arm. This is amazing proof that you could grow taller with the right exercises.

Always remember to do all three things together. Eating right, sleeping, and exercising must be combined to see any results. Never let anyone tell you that it is impossible to grow any taller, because ANYONE could increase their height no matter how old they are!
