K.S Hegde Medical Academy Courses:
The undergraduate course that is offered in K.S Hegde Medical Academy is MBBS. The duration of the course is four and a half years with one year of compulsory rotating internship. The annual intake in MBBS is 150. 

PG Medical Courses:

MD (Doctor of Medicine): 
Radio Diagnosis/Radiology, Anaesthesiology, Bio-Chemistry, Forensic Medicine/Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, General Medicine, Microbiology, Pediatrics, Pathology, Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy, Pharmacology, Physiology, Psychiatry, Social & Preventive Medicine / Community Medicine.
MS (Master of Surgery): 
E.N.T, General Surgery, Orthopedics
MD / MS:
Anatomy, Ophthalmology, and Obstetrics & Gynecology

Admission Process and Eligibility MBBS:
For admission to MBBS Course at K S Hegde Medical College Mangalore, students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects; and should have obtained at least 50% marks in the PCB group (40% in the case of SC / ST candidates).
The candidate should have passed in English as a compulsory subject.
The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years on or before the year of MBBS admission.
The candidates seeking admission in K.S Hegde Academy have to qualify in the NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Exam).
The students that qualify will be called in accordance to merit for the MBBS admission counseling 
The MBBS seat will be allotted based on the availability of the seats
Admission Process and Eligibility MD/MS:
Students that are seeking PG Medical admission in K.S Hegde Academy should have secured a MBBS degree from an MCI recognized institute.
The student should have completed the one year of rotating compulsory internship
