The vast country like India requires some able and competent persons to function properly. For fulfilling this sole objective there are some institutes and commissions which recruit bureaucrats, officers and other staffs to serve under the central government of India. The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) is at the top of the recruiters for the government of India. SSC (Staff Selection Commission) is also a body appointing officers in various government offices and posts across India while IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) as the name suggests conducts all India examinations and select people for working in the nationalized banks throughout the country. All these bodies have their own set of rules and regulations which are mostly similar to one another but for some minute changes.

It has worked successfully with the ETS system that is accepted worldwide to select about 80 thousand banking staffs in the year 2010-11. The institute employs staffs as clerical cadre, probationary officer and also as specialist officer of 19 nationalized banks.
• The all India services personnel are selected by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). They fill up the posts of IAS and allied posts under the all India service. This is the most prestigious and sought after job in the country. After getting selected the candidates are placed in a training schedule on whose completion they become the secretaries and the top ranking officers administering the affairs of the country. This is indeed feared as the toughest competitive examination in India and people aspiring to be future bureaucrats should start preparing for the exam as it requires you to burn the midnight oil to be able to be in the reckoning.

These are the topmost commissions which provide jobs to a huge number of Indian people. SSC, IBPS and definitely UPSC creates more job opportunities together than any other public or private organizations can ever think of in India.
