Chakras are the energy points at the body. In Indian tradition, there are many chakras through out the body, but there are 7 major chakra points in the human body. Each chakra has a different meaning and purpose, hosting different energies and corresponding to different emotional, spiritual, and physical conditions. The seven main chakra are the Crown, the Third Eye, the Throat, the Heart, the Solar Plexus, the Sacral, and the Root.
