Some Options for Morning Sickness
1. Kelp tablets - one a day in the morning
2.
1 Tbs. Apple cider vinegar and 1 Tbs. honey in hot water
3. White flower balm on Pericardium 6
4. Small frequent meals
5. Soda water- ?tsp in small glass every ?hr as needed
6. If bad late in the day, eat your main meal at noo
7. Reduce the intake of fats to 25-30% of meals
8. Stop smoking and avoid cigarette smoke
9. Conscious relaxation with slow deep breathing
10. Vitamin B6 - 200 mg/day for 7 days then 25 mg thereafter.
11. Vitamin C - 2,000 mg, three times a day unless stools loosen, if so, then cut back down.
12. Vitamin K - 30-100 mcg / day.
13. Papain - digestive enzyme derived from papaya
14. Teas made from Catnip, Raspberry leaf, Mints, Fennel or Ginger
15. Acupuncture
16. Homeopathy (consider: Ant-t, Arg-n, Ipecac, Lyc, Nux-v, Puls, Sepia, Sulph, Cocc, Colch)
17. Physical activity involving effort.
