Let Go and Let God

Let Go and Let God is a powerful slogan reminding me to surrender to Source. It may seem like a simple message but it isn't easy.

It helps to bring awareness to the intention to let go and let God. Moment to moment each day I need to remember this simple jewel for self discovery.

With consciousness I can catch myself when I try to control people, situations and things in my life. Once I see what I am doing I can choose to let go and let God once again. This is a continual process one day at a time.

Put God in the Driver's Seat

The truth is I am powerless over everyone and everything in my life. Really getting that fact helps me to put God in the driver's seat.

Having control is an illusion. When I put God in the driver's seat I am able to relax and allow my life to flow organically. The Universe always guides me to what is best for me and others.

It takes practice and patience to be the passenger instead of trying to be in control. When I put God in the driver's seat I open myself up to living my true potential. Letting go of limiting beliefs becomes easier. My self love increases as I am more present in my own life.

Letting Go

Letting go of control is humbling and freeing. The truth is that we have very little control in our life. We only have control over our own attitudes, responses or reactions to people and situations. When we recognize our limitations we are free to allow spirit to be in charge.

Letting go allows us to feel the ease and the release that occurs when we are surrendering to God. No longer do we feel the pain of resistance and the heaviness of our burdens. At first it feels unfamiliar like we are giving up. Also fear of the unknown can come up.

Keep breathing, keep relaxing and continue to focus on the intention of letting go. Be in the moment, knowing that there is no past or future. All we have is this moment and our breath. God always guides us to what is best for us through our intuition.

Trust

Trust in the moment, trust in yourself, trust in God.

The ability to trust the sacred moment as the only moment there is takes faith and practice. Grace, blessings, healing and guidance from God only exist in the moment.

Trust yourself as capable of being present in the moment in order to surrender to the universe. Although at times we may feel alone, the truth is we are not alone. We have the divine, our guides and the universe all here for us.

When we trust ourselves we trust God. Source dwells within us and all around us. Our higher power is for us in every way.

When we are surrendering and allow God to be in charge of our life and all our affairs we experience peace, freedom and fulfillment as human beings. And so it is.

Intuitive Readings & Spiritual Guidance

Intuitive Readings are based on the client's questions about relationships, career issues, emotional issues, health issues, attitudes and beliefs, loved ones who have passed on and more. Maureen goes into a meditative state where she accesses specific guidance in answer to the questions being asked. The channeled information she receives during and intuitive reading is spiritual, yet very practical. After a reading with Maureen, individuals feel more relaxed, reassured and more positive about their lives.

Reiki Training & Reiki Healing

In September 1992 Maureen received her first degree Reiki training. After years of practicing Reiki healing in small groups, workshops, centers, and retreats throughout the United States, Maureen received her second degree Reiki and Reiki Master Degree in August 1999.
