Our interpretation how we see ourselves
Age 15:
He or She looks and sees an Ugly Sister or Brother
(Mum I can’t go to school looking like this!)
Age 20:
He or She looks and sees
“too fat/too thin, too short/too tall, hair too straight/too curly”
- but decides on going out anyway.
Age 30:
He or She looks and sees “too fat/too thin, too short/too tall, and too straight/too curly”
- but decides there is not time fix it, so goes out anyway.
Age 40:
He or She looks and sees “clean” and tidy saying that will
Age 50:
He or She looks and sees “I am” and goes wherever they want to go.
Age 60:
He or She looks and sees and reminds him or herself of all the people who can’t even see
themselves in the mirror anymore. Goes out and conquers the world.
Age 70:
He or She looks and sees wisdom, laughter and ability, goes out and enjoys life.
Age 80:
No bother to look - Just put on a “Smile” and go out to have fun with the world
Share this with the loved one’s in your life
Affirm to yourself:
I am planning that no matter what my age I will always want to take care of myself, so that I
can always go out and enjoy my days
