I trust any yoga teacher who knows how to make me laugh. And as a self-proclaimed chocoholic, I also trust any yoga teacher who truly believes that chocolate can be used as a gateway for reaching our highest spiritual potential. I had the honor to speak with Intent Voice David Romanelli, more known as Yeah Dave, who is a yoga teacher, writer and quite possibly one of the funniest bloggers we have on Intent right now. His newest book Yeah Dave’s Guide to Livin’ the Moment: Getting to Ecstasy through Wine, Chocolate, and Your iPod Playlist is funny, irreverent, insightful and—dare I say, liberating.
