Lonely leadership (coach to leaders)

Everywhere in the world we find pastors and leaders by planting churches and most of them think of becoming a great leader known internationally . It is even possible , some succeeded . There are very few compared to the universe of pastors and leaders who have working behind the scenes to develop the faith and the salvation which is in Christ Jesus. Some have suffered needs. These great bigwigs of faith will never know what it is . I want to encourage you men and women of God through this channel not to abandon his faith , his dedication and his purpose to serve for not having achieved what some " great leaders " reached before men . The most important thing is that before God their participation is like that poor widow who gave all she had , a few coins , but in the eyes of the Lord delivered a much better offer than the most powerful leaders of that time .
I would like to invite you to participate in this network of leaders and pastors , invisible to human eyes , but that work effectively for the spiritual growth of the Church of Jesus Christ on earth . I am Cláudio Modesto , and I believe that together we become stronger ! I await your contact . There is a constant need to renew your mind and you can not do it alone. It is not time to blame it went through your mind to give up everything, leave your family, leave your church.
