Lose Stomach Fat - An Easy Exercise Routine to Get You Started
Written by Deo Dup
If you want to lose stomach fat and get yourself back in shape you don't need to go on yet another FAD diet or even buy the latest diet pills. All you need is a bit of exercise. Now, I know that for some the mere thought of exercise can be painful but trust me - if you do it right you will have a lot of fun and lose weight in the process.
Any trainer or dietician will tell you that exercise is vital if you want to lose fat. Belly fat is simply a reflection of being overweight and the biggest mistake that nearly everybody makes is to think that they need some abdominal workout to burn belly fat. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Since excess body fat tends to accumulate around the waist hips and belly this is usually the first area where you start noticing the excess weight. Fortunately, this is also the first place from where you will start losing weight. The easiest and the fastest way to burn fat is with exercise. It's a simple and as complicated as that.
If you are not the fittest person in the world or if you've been stagnant for some time then this simple plan will help you get started.
The only exercise that you are going to be required to do is walking. That's right. The key is to find a friend that's in the same boat as you and join forces. It helps with both the motivation and the energy.
For the first week you need to walk for 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week. The seventh day is your rest day. When you start again on day 1 you will add 5 minutes to your walk and then increase your walk by 5 minutes every 3 days until you get to a non-stop 45 minute walk. Once you get to this stage you should start focusing on your pace by going faster but try and maintain a minimum of 45 minutes of non stop walking.
It might sound very simple, but walking is a great way to get back in shape. Even if you are extremely out of shape, walking is a low impact exercise that can get your heart rate moving and your fat cells burning. Get started today!
