Real estate boom in India has taken a large step in forward in the last 5-6 years. Previously it was constrained only to metro cities but now it controls the likes of non metro cities also. Property in Lucknow also got high recognition in recent times and due to the factor of capital city of Uttar Pradesh, various real estate sector companies have taken interests in the city. It is only due to this reason that Lucknow properties have seen a massive rise in very less time. It is a general consensus at present that investing in property in Lucknow provides tremendous return potential and one can assure high gains here.

One of the big factors of investment in Lucknow properties is its location. It is the second largest city in Uttar Pradesh and includes a long list of prestigious institutions like the Indian Institute of Management, Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University and many others. In addition to educational universities, it is also rich in terms of commerce due to big shopping areas of Hazratganj and Aminabad. Due to these big factors, the city contains high potential of residential purpose because people related to the field of politics, industries and bureaucracy are willing to have a house of their own in the city.

There is well planned execution of everything in the city under the management of Lucknow Municipal Corporation. The various monuments of Indian history also add beauty to the city like Imambara, Shah Najaf, British Residency and various other monuments. These historical places attract a great amount of visitors from every part of the world. In addition to this, the city consists of various shopping centers like Aminabad, Hazratganj, Nishatganj, Mahanagar and others. Various shopping malls built in recent years like Riverside Mall, Saharaganj etc. adds a beauty to the shopping centers of the city.

The city consists of excellent connectivity with other cities in Uttar Pradesh and it is very well connected to the rest of the country. The well maintained roads and flyovers with high cleanliness ease the burden of traveling within the city for the residents and tourists. The rail network of city connects it to most of the parts of the country and it also consists of Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport which is regarded as the world class aerodrome. In terms of future projects, Metro rail facility will be soon available for the city for which there is already preparation of blueprint started.

The city has attracted builders from all over the country and their faith in this city will yield to some big results in future. The proposed world class residential and commercial projects will definitely change the scenario of the real estate sector in the city. Rohtas Group, Omaxe Group and others are also taking keen interest in the city so the future seems to be bright.
