Friday Market:
On every Friday, this town takes a festive atmosphere where people from all over Goa come to buy and sell their products. It is the most colorful and vibrant market that gives the glimpses of rural Goa. The market not only provides a shopping platform for Goan goods but also offers a close look into the Goan life. This market sells a wide range on things ranging from fruits, vegetables, clothes, household goods, furniture, and dried fishes to handicrafts.

Anjuna Beach
This is another most popular attraction of this place located at a distance of 8 km. It is one of the popular beaches of Goa thronged by a large number of tourists from several parts of the globe. This beach is a perfect blend of sea, sun and sand whose charm is heightened by the palm fringed bays. The calm sea waves make this a perfect place for water sports activities, which adds extra charm to this place.

Mascarenhas Mansion :
It is another most popular tourist attraction of Mapusa. This beautiful mansion was built during the Portugal rule showcasing an excellent example of the wonderful Portuguese architectural style. The mansion is renowned for its stained glass floral engravings.
