At some point during your day, you have decisions to make. From the minute you wake up you are likely making decisions. Many are done by rote, while others take considerable thought with lots in between.

Decisions like what to wear for a key meeting, to what foods to add to tonight’s menu, to what route to take to work when we hear on the morning news that traffic is horrific on the regular route we take.

Wouldn’t it be great to have a “super friend” who could do that for us? Actually, we do. It’s called muscle testing.
Muscle testing can be used with many choices you need to make. Once you learn how to muscle test, you can use it throughout your day to make decisions based on what is best for you.

Some reports indicated muscle testing was developed by physical therapists, Florence and Henry Kendall in 1949. More frequently though, credit is given to a Dr. George Goodheart, a chiropractor. Dr. Goodheart discovered that every muscle was connected to the health, or lack thereof, of a specific corresponding organ.

Many people were slow to adopt the power of muscle testing as a protocol for receiving guidance with decisions.

Fortunately, today, it is a widely accepted practice that has helped millions of people improve their health, minimize stress, increase happiness and improve the overall quality of their life by making decisions that are in alignment with their higher good.

Muscle testing was originally used to determine such things as organ disease, allergic responses and nutritional deficiencies. Now people regularly use the technique to learn answers to some questions unrelated to health.

The greatest challenge with muscle testing is when someone is using it the wrong way. They may have learned from someone who simply wanted to push a bunch of vitamins but wasn’t skilled enough to teach them.

However, when done right, the results are nothing short of miraculous. Virtually anyone can show you the mechanics of how to muscle test, but to do it right, it is best to learn from someone trained in the protocol.

There are subtle nuances a skilled practitioner can help you determine that you may not notice on your own. First, you must know how to clear out your head to be fully present in the moment. The moment that allows you to receive the right information.

Next, it’s important to set aside any limiting beliefs that “this thing won’t work.” Actually, despite limiting beliefs, it still works, but it will work even better if you are willing to suspend belief while testing.

Finally, be willing to notice the answers you receive.
