Dark Chocolate Is Good For Health: According to recent research conducted in 2012 and published in Archives of Internal Medicine, consuming the right type of chocolate actually helps maintain optimum weight levels. Dark chocolate is known to contain antioxidants and helps fight heart disease by lowering blood pressure. White chocolate can be safely avoided, if tendency to put on weight is observed. In other words, chocolate recipes must contain at least 60% cocoa content. For instance, habitual chocolate eaters can safely consume around 20g of chocolate without concerns.
