Here are two powerful, yet fun exercises developed here at EduTheta. They are particularly useful for transforming your energy around money, particularly feelings of 'not enough'.

First exercise
1. Get yourself some 'fake' money notebooks that come in $20, $50 and $100 denominations.
2. Tear out however many you need to until you feel you have enough money.
3. Put this amount into your purse or wallet, separate to your real money of course.
4. Each time you go to pay for something using your real money, look at and touch your 'fake' money and say this affirmation to yourself: "I AM financially abundant. Money flows to me easily. I have an abundance of money that allows me to meet my needs and more, now. I AM grateful for the money I have in this moment."
5. Notice the shift in energy and experiences you have as you consistently practice this exercise.
6. Record your observations in a journal as you practice this exercise and continue doing it.

Second exercise if you owe someone money
1. Get yourself some 'fake' money notebooks that come in $20, $50 and $100 denominations.
2. Tear out however many you need to 'pay' the person to whom you owe the money, in full.
3. Contact them and let them know you are grateful for the money they've loaned you and appreciate them.
4. Share with them that you have the full amount, in 'fake' form, that you'd like to give them.
5. Ask them if they are open to receiving it after explaining steps 6-8.
6. Inform them that you are choosing to honour your debt and are committed to repaying it on a regular basis. Agree on the regular repayment amount and prepare a written contract, signed and dated by you and them. Both parties keep a copy of this contract.
7. To assist your process, you are offering to them the full amount, albeit in 'fake' form at present.
8. Each time you make a payment, using real money, they are to remove that amount from the 'fake' money you've given them. The 'fake' note is to be returned to you.
9. Every time there is an exchange as outlined in step 8, say this affirmation to yourself: "I AM financially abundant. Money flows to me easily. I have an abundance of money that allows me to meet my needs and more, now. I AM grateful for the money I have in this moment. I AM grateful for those people in my life who have shared their abundance with me and I honour them for their assistance, now."
10. Notice the shift in energy and experiences you have as you consistently practice this exercise.
11. Record your observations in a journal as you practice this exercise and continue doing it.

These two exercises may not seem that much, yet, when practiced, have the power to transform your personal energy around money.

Go on...give them a go! What have you got to gain? More than you can possibly imagine!!!!
