More and more luxury watches complaints

Luxury watches received the most complaints among all the luxury items in China last year.

There are 46 complaints relating to watches in every 100 cases, bags and clothes, luxury cars and jewelry luxury products are also highly complained.

The World Luxury Association, releasing a report on the consumer satisfaction of luxury goods, collected 3,756 complaints on luxury goods in China betwee
March 15, 2011 and March 15 this year.

Luxury watches have stricter demand on warrants since watches are mechanical items, which are likely to defect than other luxury items.
