“Anti-inflammatory, Lowers Cholesterol, Anti-aging, Antibacterial, Prevents Cancer, Regulates Blood Sugar, Full of Omega 3 Oils, and More”

Here is a mouthwatering fall stew that’s great tasting and full of lots of great nutrition. Full of Omega 3 oils, it’s anti-aging, antibacterial, high in protein, helps to prevent cancer, anti-inflammatory, lowers cholesterol, helps to regulate blood sugar, full of tryptophan for a good nights rest and so much more. And this recipe is super easy to make. I gave some of this stew to some neighbors and they loved it… and so did my wife.
