In the year 1982, Mr. Gary Wandschneider was able to join the Pepsi-Cola North America with a job position of a Production Manager. Here, he was able to work with a wide array of operations and manufacturing positions that had increased the responsibility every single time until the year 1990, when he was promoted and acknowledge as the VP of operations or the Vice President of operations. In the year of 1992, Mr. Wandschneider was offered a position to become the General Manager for the company’s ‘The texoma’ business Unit and of course, he took the offer. From the year 1994 up to the year 1997 so that’s 3 years, Mr. Wandschneider served as the Logistics and manufacturing’s Vice President. In his 3rd year of having the said position, Mr. Wandschneider was appointed to become the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Gary Wandschneider has earned his degree at the University of Wisconsin of Bachelor of Science in Economics. He has the knowledge and the experience that could prove useful to any company or business that would employ him. As of now, Mr. Wandschneider had nearly 30 fruitful and vital years of experience in the beverage and food processing industry. The Pepsi-Cola company that he works for is the makers of Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Sobe, Sierra Mist, IZZE, AMP Energy, Propel, Naked Juice, Aquafina, Mug and many more. In Addition to that, the company has a joint venture with Starbucks and Lipton as they both find markets in North America with their ready to drink and best selling coffees and iced teas. In the year 2006, Mr. Wandschneider has left the said company as their Senior Vice president of the worldwide operations. The jump that he has made from being a part of the beverage processing industry to the food processing industry was done with quite an ease because he has already three impressive decades of experience with plant operations that could very useful for him.
After moving out of PepsiCo, Mr. Gary Wandschneider moved and became the EVP of operations or External Vice president of Operations at Hostess. It is a snack food maker company which is known for its line of snack foods like the ding dongs, Suzy Q’s, twinkies, Sno Balls, Donettes, Zingers, Pudding Pies, Mini Muffins, and doughnuts.
