2 tbsp onion paste

1 tsp tomato puree

1/4 tsp chilli powder

3 tbsp curds

1/4 garam masala

1 tbsp oil

Firstly, we have to take a nonstick pan.

When the pan heats up a bit, we need to add in 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon oil.

Grease the pan nicely with the oil.

Now add in ginger garlic paste and onion paste.

We need to sauté it for 40-45 seconds on medium heat.

The ginger garlic and onion paste is nicely cooked.

Now we will add in 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder and around one teaspoon tomato puree.

We have to cook it for 15-20 seconds.

Our paste is now ready.

Now we will add 3 tablespoon curd, 1 teaspoon five spice powder (garam masala), and we will cook it for one to one and a half minutes.

We can add some water to the mixture if required.

Once the mixture heats up, we can add in the mushrooms. Next, we add in salt to taste.

We need to cook the curry on medium flame right until the mushrooms don't cook properly.

Our 'Mushroom Curry' is now ready to be served.

We can garnish this with chopped fresh coriander.

Mushroom Curry tastes best with steamed rice or Jeera Pulao.
