My boyfriend wants to break up

What heartbreak! You think you’ve lost you’re boyfriend, the one you thought you’d be with forever, and you’re not sure if they will come back. If they fill a big part of your life then it’s important to try to bring them back in your life. Here is one approach to try to bring them back.

Note: this article is NOT to try to bring back someone from an abusive or unhealthy type of relationship. If this is what you want again, please seek counseling or fine someone better to be with. This article is intended to restore a relationship that was at one time healthy for both individuals to grow together as a family that is under some short term distress.

Ok, Step 1:
Have some patience but don’t loose faith. If you have an instinct or desire to start a dialog to ask for them back into your life, now is not the time if you’ve just broken up. In order for them to want back into your life, they have to choose to and not be told to choose to. Does that make sense?

Step 2:
Move on, but keep them in the loop. Better your life through good health and good friends that support you. If your desired man chooses not to be with you then he’s not supporting you. Until he changes his mind on his own, he’s not going to be right for you. But make sure he’s accessible for when the time’s right.

Step 3:
If you can still be within view of him on facebook or social functions, try to do that and keep things casual and friendly. Keep your distance and keep striving on improving your physical and mental health through a supporting lifestyle (i.e. diet, exercise, sports, etcs for physical health and supporting family and friends through mental health) This will keep your head in the right place to restore your relationship with them.

Step 4:
After some time has passed, try to casually me more a part of there life, but not too fast. The trick is you want him to WANT you. That’s important. The best way to do that is to be desirable but just out of reach. Keep that up for about a month, and reel him in and lock him down.

Do you think you can do it? The trick is to keep your life in a health moving forward momentum and stay in view with him. Eventually the idea of how special you truly are will re-enter his head and you can be together again.
