Natural Healing Remedies That Have Excellent Medicinal Properties

There are many natural remedies which have very effective healing properties and also are very effective in stopping bleeding immediately and checking infections. One can get a wound anywhere and it can cause trouble if proper care is not taken. Few people have tendency of pus formation in the wound, such people need to take care of even minor wounds seriously as pus formation in the wound can create problems and may not allow the wound to heal for substantial time.

Honey has curative and anti-inflammatory properties and can counter bacterial infections very well. Honey can be applied topically on the wound which can stop bleeding and hasten the healing process. Apple cider vinegar also provides effective natural remedy for healing wounds and cuts, for few people who have sensitive skin topical application of apple cider vinegar can be irritating, in that case it can be diluted with water and applied at the wound.

A clean cloth or cotton ball can be soaked in the mixture and bandaged at the wound and this shall be changed twice in a day. Turmeric powder is famous for its healing and disinfectant properties, it is extremely good in stopping bleeding, some powder can be sprinkled on the bleeding wound to stop bleeding instantly. Turmeric powder can be bandaged at the wound for quick healing. One teaspoon of turmeric powder baked with half teaspoon of clarified butter and applied at wounds, skin ulcers or blister helps the body in healing them very quickly. Topical application of old coconut oil is also an old remedy for healing wounds.

Bark of black plum is equally effective as turmeric and can be used as topical application on the wounds for quick healing, this powder can be sprinkled on the bleeding wound to stop bleeding immediately. Camphor with clarified butter forms a wonderful paste for healing wounds as well as reducing inflammation instantly. This mixture can also control pain for immediate relief. Tying slice of a ripe banana at the wound and changing this dressing twice in a day can cure even a wound which has become septic. Aloe vera gel can be applied topically as well as its juice can be consumed internally for speeding up healing process. Taking vitami
C as a supplement also works as natural remedy for boosting immunity system which also stimulates healing process for all sorts of wounds and ulcers.

An excellent natural remedy can be prepared by mixing chamomile, calendula, comfrey and St john's wort in equal quantities, these herbs shall be taken in diluted or powder form, mix these herbs well and take two teaspoons of this mixture and mix it with a cup of boiling water. This mixture can be applied at the wound by soaking a cotton ball or clean cloth and bandaging it on the wound, change this dressing twice in a day. Grapefruit seed extract has many properties which can provide effective healing to any kind of wound, few drops of this extract can be applied directly on the wound. Grounded mixture of equal parts of dandelion leaves and chickweed, applied topically on the wound, is also a very good natural remedy. For healing a wound which has become septic, a mixture of one part of tea tree oil and 5 parts of calendula oil can be applied on regular basis, this remedy can remove infections and speed up healing process.
