In addition it is best to avoid spicy and oily foods, milk products that contain a lot of hormones and seafood containing excess of iodine. Avoiding too much of sugar helps, with foods containing zinc and Vitamin C helping to overcome acne with improving immunity. Consuming green vegetables, vegetable and fruit juices help to alleviate acne and bring about a marked improvement in your complexion.
Finding a natural way to cure acne with natural products containing tea tree oil, Aloe Vera, zinc and Vitamin A helps, but it is very necessary to be aware of preservative chemicals used as some could be harmful to the skin. Tea tree oil is very effective in either killing or weakening the effect of Terpenes bacteria that causes acne. Another most effective natural way to cure acne lies in hydration of the body with drinking about 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, this would help not only ward off acne, but also help clear waste and toxins from the body and help heal and prevent frequent flare-ups of acne. It is true that drinking pure water helps the skin and overall body health.
Good rest promoted by sufficient sleep contributes as a natural way to cure acne, making a positive effect on the skin. In addition exercise done regularly and moderately helps to not only increase blood circulation and eliminate toxins and wastes, but also help to improve the skin quality with eliminating or reducing stress. Elimination of stress that is the want of the modern man and could cause havoc to ones skin with acne can also be done with listening to favorite music, and cultivating interesting hobbies.
