The following amazing spots were provisionally announced by the New 7 Wonders of World foundation , approved by Swiss Federal Foundation Authority and pioneered by Bernard Weber, on 11-11-11, 11 O Clock, as winners and the correctness and validity of polling are on verification process now to confirm the winners of the New 7 Wonders of World: 1.Amazon Rainforest, South America, covering seven million square kilometres, growing across nine different countries, being the largest and most bio diverse tropical rainforest in the world.rn2.Halong Bay, Vietnam, spread over 1553 sq km area, most of which are limestone gone through 500 million years of formation in different conditions and environments.rn3.Igauzu Falls, Argentina/Bazil, tumbling over the edge of a plateau 23 kilometres upriver along the 2.7 kilometre long edge divide the falls into about 275 separate waterfalls and cataracts.rn4.Jeju Island, South Korea, 1950 metres high and measuring 175 metres across, which was created entirely from volcanic eruptions approximately 2 million years ago, consisting chiefly of basalt and lavarn5.Komodo National Park, Indonesia, comprising a coastal section, three large islands, 26 smaller islands and surrounding waters, belonging to volcanic origin.rn6.Puerto Princesa Subterranean River, Philippines, with 8.2 kilometer navigable river winding through a cave before flowing directly into the South China Sea.rn7.Table Mountain, South Africa, the flat topped mountain keeping fit against six million years of erosion, hosting richest and smallest floral kingdom on earth with over 1470 plant species. Some controversies have arisen in the project of New 7 Wonders of World. First, it was the method of polling in which one can vote for more than once to boost the number. Next issue was on the fee levied by the New 7 Wonders of World foundation on the participating nations. Originally countries were asked to pay $199 for participation but later some $10 million for licensing and another $47 million for hosting official closing ceremony from some countries. There have been judicious methods followed in polling for the New 7 Wonders, such as only 10% of the voting from the participating nation in respect of their nomination would be taken into account and remaining 90% will be from the global polling. However, there are questions still to be addressed to accept the announced 7 Wonders of World.
