Neuro Linguistic Programming
Written by Pam Sparks, CHT
Every New Years, people make resolutions to change something about themselves: to be better parents, to lose weight, to quit smoking, to break out of a dead-end job, to exercise, or to expand horizons. There is this great collective consciousness among us to make some lasting change in ourselves that we have been struggling with for some time. And, by the end of February, most resolutions have been broken and forgotten; they will no doubt be revisited next year. If you are looking to make a permanent change, to really find a way to reach your full potential; then perhaps you should discover the possibilities of Neuro-Linquistic Programming (NLP). Used in conjunction with self-hypnosis, NLP can be the pathway to self-improvement and self-actualization you are searching for.
Simply stated, NLP is a self-actuating process whereby you rescript the messages in your brain that, up to now, have gotten in the way of some important changes you have wanted to make in your life. You can change the messages that remind you that you will fail again, that you are not good enough, or that your goal, whatever it is, is unattainable. These negative messages can be reprogrammed through NLP and self-hypnosis so that you can create lasting change and become the person you want to be and have the life you have always dreamed of. By reprogramming the “bad” messages and replacing them with “good” ones, you can begin to “change your mind”.
You can use self-hypnosis anywhere and anytime you want. A self-induced trance allows your brain to be open, and you are in complete control. You can use your own voice to script the messages you want to reinforce. Recording and hearing the reinforcing messages in your voice can speed the process of learning new thought patterns. You can use NLP and self-hypnosis jointly to change the blueprint of your life to one you really want.
Visit the website, nanapam.com to discover how to customize a script for a CD or MP3 or recording format, which you alone can use. They can help with example scripts you can use as a model and can help tailor the script to your specific needs.
