Planning to live near the Big Apple, but not ready to buy one of the condos for sale in NYC? The city has plenty of satellite towns like New Jersey, where you can find a rental in carefully managed Apex Condominiums, a variety of New Jersey apartment blocks or one of the super luxury apartments in Jersey City.

Location

It really is a great location because you get all the perks of an out of town residential area and you can easily spend some quality time in the heart of the city’s shopping, cultural and theatre districts.
A New Jersey apartment is also the perfect choice for folks who work in the city, but need an affordable home with quick and convenient commuter transportation links. The general cost of living is much lower than just a few miles away and you will have plenty of attractive local amenities to provide an excellent quality of life.

Employment

There are also numerous job opportunities in New Jersey, which is a world centre for the pharmaceutical industry and has a lot of light industry and offices. In addition, there is a lot of construction development taking place, so I would say that it ranks high on the list of places where it is always easy to find a job.

Students

If you are desperate to leave the campus dorm and set up home in a nice, private space, a New Jersey apartment is a great idea for you. There is a wide variety of apartments to choose from - with prices to suit anyone who is not yet ready for the high rental of the luxury apartments in Jersey City! (Maybe after graduation?)

Lofts and duplexes

Living in a small New Jersey apartment, within walking distance of your college, will give you the independence you need without having to pay for transportation costs. Furthermore, New Jersey apartments with several bedrooms are very popular for groups of students.
Apartment sharing gives you more privacy than a dormitory room, but also allows you to share the utility costs with roommates. You can choose between lofts, apartments or duplexes and finally get the ‘personal space’ that is impossible to find in a college dormitory.

Quiet village

I moved to a New Jersey apartment about 10 years ago, from one of the city center condos in Atlanta, Georgia. I must admit that I only came kicking and screaming because my partner had a great job lined up in a pharmaceutical company here. But now I love this place with its leafy tree-lined streets, proximity to the coast and the atmosphere of a quiet village about it.
I think it is an ideal place to live if you enjoy a touch of country living, but do not want to give up easy access to the cultural and entertainment opportunities that you can only find in an ultra-mode
city!

Sometimes, it’s not what you see, but what you feel. Ever notice how some buildings just feel solid? No creeping unease. No instinct telling you to check for the nearest exit. Just a quiet, unshakable sense that you’re in a place built to protect. That feeling isn’t random. It’s the result of smart choices—ones made long before anyone steps inside. The materials, the design, the way everything is built to handle the unexpected, even factors like fire ratings that determine
