Newcastle Meet and Greet Parking
Written by Paul Evans
One of the most popular forms of Newcastle airport parking is meet and greet parking. This parking service has grown rapidly in popularity, much to the surprise of many of the companies that provide parking for the airport.
Most car parks around Newcastle airport have offered this kind of parking service for years. However, they did not really look at it as a mainstream service. As a result, they tended to only offer this service to business clients. However, slowly they started to get enquiries about this service from ordinary holidaymakers. This made them aware that there was a potential market for meet and greet parking. As a result, they looked for ways to offer it to more of their clients and bring down the cost of this service down to a level that everyone could afford. Once they did this, they offered the service to everyone and were pleasantly surprised at the take up rate.
Types of Newcastle Meet and Greet Parking
The service works more or less the same way regardless of the car park company you use. When you book your car parking you also book a chauffeur. This chauffeur meets you at the airport at a designated time and place prior to your flight. You drive to that place at the agreed time and unload your travel companions and your luggage. You then hand your keys to your chauffeur who takes your car away and parks it in their long-stay car park. When you return from your holiday, the whole process is reversed. Some car parks also offer a car valeting and car servicing service, but most simply offer parking.
The Advantages of Newcastle Meet and Greet Parking
Using a Newcastle meet and greet parking service is really worth the money. It takes away all of the stress and hassle of arriving at the airport with your car. You do not have to worry about finding your car park, or have to waste time waiting for the shuttle bus to take you from your car park to the airport. You simply have to follow the signs to the airport itself.
