Nightfall and Sexual Weakness Due to Over Masturbation
Written by James Napier
Masturbation is a normal practice by most of the males and females of all ages but when it becomes a habit and people over do it, it starts showing side effects like nightfall and other sexual weaknesses. There is no clear number which can be referred as over masturbation. The number of times a person can masturbate without any ill effects depends on the person's physical chemistry and fitness; however by most of the medical experts 2-3 times a week is considered as safe number for masturbation, beyond this it might create problems.
Production of semen is an ongoing process in a male once he starts achieving puberty till his whole life time. Occasional ejaculation of semen is considered as healthy as it avoids accumulation of toxins which might get deposited in the organs where semen and seminal fluids are stored or produced. One must not forget that not one organ in the body produces semen there are few organs which contribute in its production and hormonal and physical activity is required internally to produce semen and its ejaculation. This whole process is done by quite delicate organs of the body and over burdening them by over masturbation gives rise to problems of nightfall or more serious sexual weaknesses.
Weakening of parasympathetic nerve is caused by over masturbation; this nerve is responsible for holding erections and keeping semen locked for sufficient duration. Once this nerve gets weak semen gets discharged during sleep by erotic dreams or slight excitements which are referred as nightfall. Similarly person can develop sexual weaknesses like premature ejaculations or weak erections or even no erection due to weakening of parasympathetic nerve.
Hormonal imbalance is initiated by over masturbation in a male's body which gives rise to over secretion of sex hormones which make a person vulnerable to slight arousals and also side by side promote secretion of harmful hormones which change the serotonin signals of brain responsible for controlling ejaculation. This condition gives rise to sexual weaknesses like premature ejaculation or semen leakage and also aggravates nightfall.
Weakening of PC muscles is another side effect of excessive hand practice which can initiate or aggravate the sexual weaknesses and problem of excessive nightfall. PC muscles have been designed to control flow of urine and ejaculation in the tract these muscles remain dormant and get activated by brain as reflex action unless a person practice and learn to control them. But over masturbation can weaken these muscles which make one loose complete control over his ejaculation during lovemaking or during sleep.
Swelling of prostate gland or prostatitis is also a side effect of masturbation. Frequent ejaculation or infrequent ejaculation, arousal without ejaculation or prolonging ejaculations are few poor sexual behaviors which can irritate prostatitis and make it swell. Swelling in prostate gland causes semen leakage, leakage of semen during urine, premature ejaculation and other sexual weaknesses. This also promotes the problem of excessive nightfall as fluid buildup in the prostate gland oozes out in the night. Over all hand practice is not harmful if number of times a person do it is within his body's tolerance, once a person starts doing it more frequently like any other practice it becomes a problem creator.
