Did you know that growing taller is not a difficult as it may seem? Increasing your height is similar to losing weight. All you have to do is get the correct information and stick to it no matter what and you will see results. Some say that they tried to grow taller but it didn’t work. Well, I heard some people who tried to lose weight and they failed as well, so does that mean its impossible to lose weight? Of course not, it's the people who have failed not the METHOD, provided they have the right information. The way to grow taller falls under 4 main categories:
Proper diet
Proper exercise
Proper rest
Correct posture
These are the foundation of growing taller and anyone could to it! There are many people who have increased their height by following these four basic steps.
Proper Diet - The first thing is to start eating the right foods. Your diet must be made up of a verity of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral, and fats. By eating these kinds of foods in abundance you will start seeing results with amazing speed. (when you combine it with the rest of the basics).
Proper Exercise - Doing the right exercises is very important, and you will fail of growing taller if you are too lazy to exercise.
Did you know that astronauts grow taller in space and space suits are fitted to each astronaut with 2 inches of room because they have been known to increase in height? The reason for this is because your spine's vertebra is made of stretchable materiel, and when the force of gravity is removed it stretches out!
So doing stretching exercises that is focused on the spine will in ten cases out of ten increase your height, it HAS BEEN PROVEN!
Proper rest - This is where sleep comes to your aid as well. When you are laying down the force of gravity has almost no control over you, which will help the spine to decompress and get longer.
Also when your resting the body releases human growth hormone into the brain, so getting to bed early will really give the body the best possible chances of growing taller.
Correct Posture – When someone has poor posture they are constantly putting pressure on the spine and this will prevent them from increasing their height. If you look around almost all short people have bad posture, which is one of the reasons they are short. It will be nearly impossible to add any more inches to your height when you have bad posture.
To improve your posture you must keep your back straight as possible and your chest out. Also doing yoga exercises helps improve posture as well.
Now you have the basics on growing taller and it is up to you to focus on them and stick to them no matter what. By staying focused you will be able to see amazing results quicker than you have dreamed possible!
