Northern Ontario Immigration Pilot Program Probable Plot Revealed

Ontario is a Canadian province known to have the highest number of immigrant settlers. The employment conducive environment and the lifestyle makes the province quite livable for a long term. Migrants prefer to settle here owing to several facilities they are exposed to. The northern part of Ontario province however faces a scarcity of skilled labor force. After an analyses it has been reported that there is ample vacancy for skilled professionals. Therefore, Ontario Government is encouraged to form a new immigration pilot program that would meet the labor needs of the northern rural areas. The probable pilot program is expected to make a list of those skilled jobs where the scarcity is the most and accordingly list the requirements which must have the job description specific to the requirement of the region. On an annual basis talks are going on that there is a need of at least 1500 intake a year to meet this labor market scarcity appropriately.
Planners must create sub-targets to make sure that each region covered by the pilot program receives its fair share of migrant workers to fill up the job market demand.
IRCC’s approval is expected on this program for the rural and remote areas of Ontario much like Atlantic Pilot program which is now operating in full swing. Atlantic Pilot program covered the major Atlantic provinces namely Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
If the Northern Ontario Immigration Pilot Program is being conceived, then the government expects it to be as per the local requirement of the region that must be benefitting the region and push it towards prosperity.
