NUTRITIONAL MICROSCOPY by Sharon Reynolds
LIVE BLOOD CELL MICROSCOPY ANALYSIS
Microscopy allows a health professional to evaluate the shapes and other properties of individual blood cells, indicating nutritional conditions which can be adversely affecting a person's health. The advantage of this analysis over standard blood tests, which detect chemical changes in the blood, is the ability of dark field microscopy to detect nutritional disorders sooner, when the problem is in its infancy stages. By monitoring the "blood" condition, a health professional can assist in " balancing" the blood by giving dietary and lifestyle recommendations which can enhance all health.
Powerful blood will show the red blood cells to be round, evenly shaped and freely flowing in plasma. The plasma itself should be clear with very few fat globules. There should be no signs of clotting, bacteria, fungus, disease,or stress. This is the kind of blood a healthy person should have flowing through their circulatory system.
BLOOD CRYSTALLIZATION or OXIDATIVE STRESS TEST
This test is a procedure in which layers of capillary blood are pressed onto a glass slide which is left uncovered in order to allow it to dry. In the process
of drying, the blood goes through a natural process of spinning as it coagulates. The unique characteristics of the sample are then reviewed and evaluated.
Soft white clots of protein puddles called laking, appear which are distinctive "foot prints" representing inflammatory or degenerative problems.
For over 70 years, Blood Crystallization Analysis has been performed by hundreds of microscopists. The resulting accumulation of clinical research data indicates how these blood pictures relate to health challenges. In recent years, much credence has been given to this test. The New England journal of Medicine has published peer review articles on the subject.
Live Cell Analysis using Dark Field Microscopy and Blood Crystallization (Oxidative Stress Test)using Brightfield Microscopy given by a well trained health professional
are for nutritional information only and should not be considered a medical diagnosis.
Blood is a vital part of the transportation system which delivers nutrients to all parts of the body and collects waste to be removed. Proper diet is an important part of keeping this transportation system operating at peak efficiency. Microscopy is a tool which can help determine the current health of your blood and help direct you towards dietary supplements and dietary improvements to enhance your blood health. For convenience Blood test kits for the Crystallization test are available.

Why Barometric Pressure Triggers Headaches - Causes, Symptoms & Prevention Tips
Many people notice that their headaches or migraines worsen when the weather changes. One of the most common culprits is barometric pressure, also known as atmospheric pressure.
