Parent of molested child files lawsuit against Tulsa Public Schools, three staff members

The lawsuit, filed Monday in Tulsa federal court, claims Tulsa Public Schools and three Thoreau employees recognized the inappropriate actions of Brian Christian Drabek but failed to take corrective action.
The lawsuit was filed by the mother on behalf of her daughter, who was 12 years old when Drabek molested her betwee
December 2013 and April 2014.
In addition to the school district and Drabek, the lawsuit names Thoreau Principal Thomas Padalino, school counselor Melanie Heil and teacher Christy Capps. Know more...
